For over 20 years Mark Avey has been operating the pool business, A Splash Above Pool Care in Surprise AZ.  He believes strongly in consistency and reputation.  As an Arizona native, and a part time fire fighter, Mark strives to help people and develop good relationships with his customers to always meet his commitments.  It is his integrity, reliability and honesty that have built A Splash Above Pool Care.
